Together we are building an international challenger in the consulting industry, growing from a handful to over 1,400 since 2019. Our vision is to take “a new seat at the table” in the leadership rooms of our clients. We’re ensuring this by building Eidra from the ground up as a true house of brands where strategic thinking meets true cross-functional expertise.

Our roots are Nordic, grounded in openness, compassion, and grit, but our reach is global. With offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Gothenburg, Malmö, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Chicago, and New York, Eidra supports clients across industries and borders.
